The College Library is situated on the second floor with a spacious reading hall. Computers with internet facility are made available to the students and teachers. Library catalogue is made available to the students through intranet. Students are now given direct access to the bookshelves. Handicapped students are given special attention and assistance for selection of books and periodicals. Library service is automated.

Our library has over 35000 books and a collection of over 70 Periodicals and Journals. A number of Ph.D. Thesis, M. Phil. Dissertation, Project Reports submitted by faculty and students are made available for reference. Over 150 CDs / DVDs on various topics and subjects are available to its rich collection.

Computer Laboratory
 
There are two computer labs on 4th and 5th floors. Students for their practical and preparation of various subject projects use both computer labs. Faculty depending on their lecture schedule also uses these computers.
   

These computer labs are open from 7.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Separate Lab Attendants are appointed for these computer labs.

Auditorium
 
For Co-curricular activities, we have an air conditioned auditorium with a capacity of 650 where cultural programmes are held..
   

The foyer of the auditorium is available throughout the year for practice for various programs. Music system is available for cultural programs of the students.  
   
 
   
Conference Room
 
Conference Room and Seminar Hall were designed and developed with state-of-the-art technique. Modern audio / visual equipments are installed for effective public communication. Air-conditioners are installed with an attractive interior décor.

There is canteen facility on the ground floor with seating capacity for about 100 students. Various eatables and beverages are served to the students and staff members in this canteen.

GYMKHANA REPORT
(JUNIOR COLLEGE)

July , 2010

Our gymkhana activity started in the month of July, 2010 under the able guidance of Prof. V. Pandit and Prof. N.S. Sankpal.

Our Tug-Of-War Jr. College team played the  Tug-Of-War Tournament organized by the Tug-Of-War Association , Mumbai. They qualified for the finals and also bagged the 1st place.

From our Tug-Of-War team, 4 players were selected for the Jr. Tug-Of-War States Championship which was held at Satara. The Following were the players:

Dharm Niranjan Rao :- SYJC E 2892
Darshan Dilip Patel :- SYJC D 2630
Prashik Purshottam Madhale :- SYJC F 3043
Rohan Shah :- SYJC D 2643

From the above 4 players, Darshan Patel was selected for the Junior Tug-Of-War National Championship, which was held at Solapur.
